Whenever I got a break from work, I would go and purchase some for myself and my coworkers.
It's delicious, it's been many years and I have move sjnce.
I miss it. You can only experience this up North or in areas with many Spanish/Mexican cmmunity.

I mixed all the ingredients together in a bowl, added a pound of frozen corn, then cooked it in my air fryer for half an hour. Really came out well. I highly recommend it and it’s a lot easier and makes far less of a mess than when the corn is on the cob.

50/50 mayo and sour cream for the sauce. Fresh lime rubbed on the corn before sauce or Tru lime, a seasoning found at any walmart, is mixed or added with the chili powder. About 1/5 tru lime to the chilli powder. The cheese is goat milk based that crumbles. It kind of expensive but found parmesan isnt bad in a pinch. I use sweet corn but mexican corn is unsweet white corn boiled in husk and served fresh. Great video!

I used to make these as a teenager to sell for weekend money. We stay hustling. Cook corn in boiling water with salt and butter. Then I would freeze the queso fresco so I can shred it and it wouldnt ball up. U can also make chili paste by getting this chili powder from Mexican store and u squeeze lemon and add salt. Make sure consistency isn’t too watery. u add after the Mayo but before the cheese. Sooo good!

@@SmokinandGrillinwithAB basically you cut off the corn kernel and cook it in water then you add the cooked corn into a cup and add the same topings as you would on the cob.

Yoooo we dont use butter for the corn prep, try this, remove the butter(healthier) and add lemon drops(as desired). You can also buy Valentina hot souce
And it tastes as just as great! I will give it a try with butter, shout to u man from Mexico City!
    Great recepies btw.
