I got an honorary Doctorate of Divinity through them a year ago. I am fine with it. I have two Master degrees in both Divinity and in Theological Studies. The degrees compensate for the Honorary Doctorate. Thanks for explaining.❤
I've always been a very spiritual person. My belief structure doesn't fall in line with any organization. I support the Urantia Book. Check it out. I take the ULC very seriously. I'm ordained with both the original Modesto ULC and the Monastery. I am ordained not for the ability to Marry, but I am a reverend for the sake of association with an established church. I believe in the emergence of the ULC as a spiritual establishment. I support the UB because it has no church affiliation. It should.
Here in the UK, it is legitimate to a point. It says that they can do like in the States but, most will refuse it unless it is not a religious ceremony. The UK bridges the gap between the US and Canada. But things are on the rise in the UK because, Benedict Cumberbatch and Sir Ian McKellen are Ordained Ministers too ☺️☺️☺️

PS I don't know if you've ever heard The Course in Miracles. It has deflated the FEAR of the ego and taking it completely out of the entire book. So there is no FEAR at all taught.
Same with Christianity that claim to be ordained or authority figures? By what authority do they have to be called ordained? Their supposed authority is through their "Faith".

I’m currently trying to become ordained in UK. It seems a very complicated and expensive road to follow. Any advice would be appreciated.

The seminary offers classes which one does the course work and receives a diploma. That would make for a great talk about the courses of ulc seminary
