Da wir selber dazu auch keine Lust hätten und uns viele Nachrichten, von euch, zu dem Thema erreicht haben hier die Lösung:
Wir laden das Video erneut hoch und haben es um die Passage gekürzt, von der wir denken,
dass sie für die Einstufung verantwortlich war (Nahaufnahme von dem abgerissenen Arm).
Wir hoffen das der Film jetzt für alle sichtbar bleibt, denn es ist so unendlich deprimierend,

I could feel the sniper's frustration and sorrow there. After seeing that the young enemy combatant has buried a fellow German soldier, but wasn't able to do anything to stop the young man's deadly fate. Great acting. Well done.

@UncleIt was only bcoz the Soviet guy was a much younger soldier than them and he was doing quite a good task of showing respect by burying the soldiers. So, the sniper didn't want to kill him as his inner faith in humanity awoke him from killing a respectable young soldier.
The sniper recognized the humanity in the young soviet soldier, who, being unarmed, was not a treat anymore…

I find this representative of the perpetual dilemma: human nature seems equally as incompatible with experiencing warfare, as it is with abstaining from warfare. I can't say whether this is the theme that the filmmakers wish to express, just my interpretation...

Habe den Film im Original schauen können bevor TH-cam ihn gesperrt hat. Jetzt habe ich ihn ein zweites mal gesehen und bin wieder begeistert. Eure " kleinen" Filme sind großes Kino und vermitteln die Schrecken und Sinnlosigkeit des Krieges authentischer als manche Hollywood Produktion. Vor allem vor dem Hintergrund das Europa in der Ukraine wieder vor einem Krieg steht. Der Mensch scheint unfähig zu sein aus seiner Geschichte zu lernen !

I have been following "Dusty faces" I believe it is called. It is so good. Every moment of the episodes is like a soldier desperate to hold onto life just that little bit longer.

Outstanding. My Uncle Georg was a Fallschirmjäger who fought in Normandy during D-Day. His squad kept fighting until they ran out of food and ammo. They heard a vehicle approaching, and thought it was resupply until they saw the white star on the front. At which, they all wisely decided to surrender, and Georg spent the rest of the war in a Texas POW camp before being shipped to England to spend 2 years forced labor working on a farm, eventually returning to Germany and living a long and productive life.

Ich wollte gerade schon schreiben dass es das Video schon einmal gab. Aber die Bio hat mich nochmal aufgeklärt. Ganz ehrlich, auf Netflix ist „Private Ryan“ ab 16 Jahren eingestuft wo Menschen zerfetzt durch die Luft fliegen und bei Euch wird so ein Drama gemacht. You've been great at showing the German side, as most of Hollywood only shows American, but I've realized that the Soviets are also rather omitted form film.
You are so right. Gregory Peck did one called "Days of Glory" about Russian resistance fighters and of course he was great in it but it was too propagandist to be really good. These guys make everyone human which is much more likely to be the reality.

Ich habe vergessen-- Falshirmjaeger haben andere Helme wie Wehrmacht.
Ähnlich wie heutige Spezialeinheiten "kürzere" Helme mit freiem Ohr tragen während normale Helme von der Form her US, USSR oder Deutschen Stahlhelmen grob ähneln.

@@user-ko5py3sw3n Не нам и не вам судить кто был глуп на той войне, но обе стороны всегда признавали что противник "крепкий вояка". Советский солдат на деле доказал свое умение, и потому на рейхстаге надписи советского многонационального солдата. Забыли? ну так сходите и посмотрите, там есть кусок стены под стеклом.
