I myself didn't really learn this until a couple of months ago, but it really helps, and is mire gentle on your skin if you pat your moisturizers on

You aren't supposed to see the lip liner. The purpose of lip liner in general is to prevent the lipstick that you put on top from bleeding around the outer edges of your lips. It acts like a fence in a way, keeps it in.

Please don't shoot me. But whats lipliner and what is it used for and why is it used? ..... I only wear eyeliner, mascara, and eye shadow (on occasion lipstick but it only last an hr). I didn't even know they made so many primers x.x Iet alone primers for the face T.T I thought that was for paint. Im failure at being a girl x.x
lipliner is used to give your lips some definition, change your lip shape a bit (if you feel like doing it) and to make your lipstick or lip gloss stay in place:)
Saikoro Sama go slightly over the line of your lips to make them a bit fuller, and fill in the outside corners to make them a bit poutier. And remember, gloss or shine always makes lips look bigger!

lipliner is used to give your lips some definition, change your lip shape a bit (if you feel like doing it) and to make your lipstick or lip gloss stay in place:)
Anastasia Soboleva and it can give a bit more color if it matches the lipstick, or it can slightly change the color of the lipstick

Saikoro Sama go slightly over the line of your lips to make them a bit fuller, and fill in the outside corners to make them a bit poutier. And remember, gloss or shine always makes lips look bigger!

You might have the wrong shade, if you think your countour shade is right go a shade lighter
