On Sunday, November 20, 2016, Tao Porchon Lynch & Dr. Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy presented "The Spiritual Side of Being" at the 42nd Annual Yoga Research Society Conference, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia.
98 years old at the time of the conference (she passed away February 21, 2020), Tao, with Terri's assistance, tells the fascinating story of her lifetime of conscious, Yogic living in her own words and with photographs.
Dr. Deepak Chopra said, "Tao is a mentor to me...one of the most acclaimed Yoga teachers of our century...she teaches us to have exquisite awareness in every moment."

Woman with camera in front of stage blocked (to me) most important hand & foot massage instruction shots!!! How unaware can you be ???? of the person filming the entire event who was located behind you? Filming from behind you 😁 Unfortunately, you totally blocked it! HELP! I've been watching video after video of Tao trying to see & learn more about her daily foot & hand massage techniques which Tao was more than willing to demonstrate and teach right then and there at this event. Very frustrating to have that woman step right in to get her view and shot---blocking it for anyone later watching the video. Can anyone HELP? Please, tell me where this information is available?
