    In the 9 minutes that this video ran, I'm more clear on what Vlans are and how to create them than I was when I took an actual class! This guys teaching approach is fabulous!

    Did Cisco networking for many, many years in Europe and just thought I'd stop by and watch your work here. Great job, explained nicely, good approach, and well followed through. Wish all the people would do it as you did. Now retired and don't have the money for Cisco, but my office 9U rack is doing the same job as the big guys. I'm glad you take your time explaining things and not just rushing through as so many others do. Keep it up!

    The video series finally crystallize the whole concept of VLAN and Trunking for me. This is the best video on the topic in my opinion. I bought a couple of switches in the hope of leaning VLAN and get my CCNA and never had time to use them. Your video actually helped me to configure all of them and put them all to work. Please keep them coming. Excellent work!!!

    Man, when i sit on my @ss in class i can't understand a word sometimes it's soo boring but you somehow made me learn it!
    Maybe because you teach the theory and the practice in the same time and i can get a clear picture but i don't know.

    im taking network and communications infrastructure right now in my bachelors and all throughout my associates i could never understand vlans but my teacher happened to show this video in class last night and it all finally made sense...the way you explained it at least lol. i think i may be starting to like Cisco again. thank you!!!

    how do you get all of your VLans to be able to connect to the internet? I can only get the default VLan on my SG200 - 26 to connect to the internet. It's a smart switch, it should do NAT!
