All these agent hawkers tell you how easy it is to create the agent but forget to mention that in order to make it work on your web site you have to install their SDK which then requires you to install Node.js and NPM. These things are simple if you are a Linux guru but many will find that they have wasted all their time on this offering because they simply cannot implement the thing. The VAPI agent worked well but trying to get it installed on my website is going to be a major hassle. Why on earth do I need to install my own copy of the SDK when I've already generated a perfectly functional agent. I dont think it has to be this way. I'm sure this could be made to work.with just a few lines of javascript.
