If you camp u can get it at any rank. It takes 3-4 months depending how often you log in to watch adds for containers also wheather you log in daily for daily rewards. I have leviathan with rank 9 account and nearly have enough blueprints to upgrade its class.
Anti air turrets wouldn't have mattered. Purple had thors and to many planes so early in the game. All he would have to do is take out a few power plants. Purple was imba. They couldn't have stopped him in my opinion. Not with that team anyway.
