    If you missed the first part of the video, here’s what I want you to know:

    It's been over a week since I recorded these clips and I want to share my thoughts with you before you watch.
    Looking at myself in this video compared to present time, I am in a much better physical and mental state.
    This video made me fully aware and realise that I unwillingly have lost weight during the weeks leading up to the marathon which clearly shows and I do not wish to encourage or contribute my looks as a ‘runner’ to anyone else.
    I have received heartwarming messages from you regarding your concerns which mean absolutely everything to me. For now, I want you to enjoy this video with peace in mind, knowing I am on this mission to regain weight, strength and a body which doesn’t just look but feels healthy too.
    I sincerely hope you’ll catch up in present time on instagram and look forward to the next videos ❤️
    Thank you.

      An idea since you want, and need, to gain weight is to have one of your barebell bars before heading out on your run (I remember you saying that you were going to bring a bunch). That would give your body energy for the run, not taken from your glycogen stores. It would benefit you both short- and long term. Getting in those extra calories can be tricky, but this would be an easy way, not worth missing 💪😊

      I can’t imagine any physician signing off on running as part of a weight gain regimen. Especially when you are running long distance. Hopefully you can come to this realization on your own with time.

    Highly recommend researching some elite marathon runners! It really helped me when I was trying to train. A lot of them talk about how they actually gain weight during marathon preparation because they are fueling and recovering so aggressively. Rooting for you!

      While you may mean well, this is a very ignorant comment. This woman was severely anorexic not even a year ago, and 7 months ago was making videos about how she wasn’t as recovered as she thought. Her natural instinct is to restrict you are encouraging that.

      When you actually visit Tokyo, you'll be amazed. It's not just about cutting-edge technology, pop culture, diverse fashion, and modern architecture. You'll also find centuries-old temples and shrines, historic buildings, charming alleys in old neighborhoods, vast forests with unique ecosystems, Japanese gardens, and the traditional and grand Imperial Palace. Tokyo is a unique megacity where the new and the old, as well as nature, blend together seamlessly. To truly understand the depth of Tokyo, you need to stay there for at least 2weeks and explore it every day. But there are so many amazing places in Japan beyond Tokyo, so I don't have the time to explore Tokyo.😂Maybe I should consider moving there?

    • @katharinaschneiderr
      @katharinaschneiderr  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Without sugar. I believe the 'right way' to do it is by using high grade matcha, mixed with a bit of hot water to a certain temperature to then drink it iced or hot, depending on what you prefer :)
