Just picked up one of these presses. My small primer feed was jamming, and I had to lift the primer follower after each round to release the primer feed. Your second tip cleared the problem right up. Just hit the edge of that little pocket with a needle file and everything was smooth thereafter.
I agree with the beveling also the inner tube comes loose causing jams. I drilled mine and tapped it then used set screw to hold inner tube. The outer tube still went over the set screw as I made sure it was seated below the outer tube threads

Thanks a bunch! I just got done replacing the subplate because of ejection issues which it fixed but, then I ran into the primer feed issue with LPP. Sanding it fixed it.
The primer shuttle often fails to return completely home due to blockage by foreign material that gets swept into the shuttle recess in the baseplate. A common culprit is a piece of stick powder from a bottleneck cartridge - spilled when the shell plate detent "snaps" the plate into position, rocking the brimming cartridge and scattering powder. The solution is to vent the carrier recess at the bottom of the tip where most material collects so the material just drops out below.
Wish I would have seen this about a month ago. Went through a few slides before figuring out that I needed to round off that sharp edge. All works fine now except the last primer. Seems to jam up in the slide. Any ideas how to fix?
I'm not sure why the last one would be any different than the rest unless the white indicator rod is catching on the last one. Maybe its too sharp on the end? I usually refill mine before I get to the last one.
When the shuttle doesn't return home completely, the primer is held off-center and usually gets deformed during seating - often shaving the primer pocket wall. I've had a couple of CI primers detonate this way.
i cant believe no one does this! Take the offending slide and all its burrs, toss it in the media tumbler. Go drink some beer. Come back, reassemble. Voila!

That must be another LNL AP design flaw. Mine does the same thing. Apparently, deburring critical parts takes $0.29 out of the profit margin.

i have an issue with the finished bullet ejecting properly, sometimes. 25% of the time maybe, and its not the spring...weird ..
