Hi mam we stay in Casagrand supremus … it is very near to luxeria… so it is not so interior mam… main reason for people to buy villa or apartment here is office is nearby .. full of IT companies.
Pls don’t buy from casa grand . My sis and bro in law had a v bad experience they bought 4 bedroom villa at same area . Glass panels broke due to heat ( cheap quality ) tiles were not fixed properly twice they changed twice . Their garage was suddenly paved way because beneath there was a well not properly covered . Already a case against casa grand construction by other family . Water problems Plus frequent power cut . Also lots of snakes . Even electricity line was not properly done .
