- I brought in little Jimmy to help you sleep, relax and potentially even bolster your mood. He is actually bright yellow..but turned orange for unknown reasons while I was working in my Dr's office :D
During my marathon recording session, I felt like doing something a little light hearted and I just happened to see this little car freshener hanging up in my local store :D
Please do bear in mind, I am not a certified doctor and I encourage anybody enduring something distressing, to seek professional help.

ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.

@@ArticulateDesignASMR hey by the way I really like your videos because they help my anxiety as I'm only 13 and struggle with extreme social anxiety, and I'm only friends with the people I've known since nursery
Cars And Stuff I'm 20 and have had social anxiety my entire life. Make sure you take care of your physical health, and your confidence will skyrocket. Do some form of exercise(best with friends, but if not that's okay!). Drink a ton of water. Eat nutritiously. I know I sound like your mother, but honestly this stuff works. I know from experience. Oh! And one more thing- always remind yourself not to care what other people think. As long as you're physically healthy, mentally sane, and you're happy, it doesn't matter if people like you. It gets better as you get older, but I promise if you listen to me, it'll save you a lot of problems
