ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.
Every time Matt says “My wife” you can hear the pride in his voice 🥰

I never really do this, but it only took me 30 seconds of hearing Matt's voice in order to know I'm gonna subscribe. This channel deserves way more subs.. It's probably one of the best ASMR channels out there.

I've been working in public libraries for 24 years and not once have I been offered tea or banana bread by a librarian and they are my coworkers. This must be an academic library.

Please do a video where you just speak knowledge or give advice. I've been watching your early work as a psychiatrist / psychologist. I think we could all use a nice therapy session, especially words of wisdom on reinventing oneself and maximizing potential as well as anxiety. A lot of us are facing that challenge as we adjust to a new normal.

I like this I actually made me want to listen to some of these, I like the it's of reading but audible is where I usual go to.
I think I'd be a red archetype but I loud and leader type but ultimately I don't care just don't feel anyone else can get it done. Like I let ppl take over for awhile then I realize they can't do it even if I don't want to and end up doing it.
