awesome job!!! The railroad was actually called the Chicago&Northwestern railroad. I grew up in O'Neill Nebraska and the train came through there. You should have gone to Snyder Ne. and checked out Smeal Fire Apparatus. Started there back in the 60's they build custom fire engines and aerials. A little known fact: theres a park in O'Neill on the south side that has a hideout dug into the bank of the elkhorn river, and its said that the james gang hid out there for some time while on the run.
