Welcome Home is cool and all, but this should be every show closer. Is there anyone that does not get emotional at the final "Man your own jackhammer" where the cut out and let the audience scream it?
I want them to play everything until the go back into the intro riff. Stop. Play a short song like blood red summer. Then after that it gets all quiet and then finish this song. Man that would be awesome.
Was there last night and the show was awesome although the set list was kinda short. Didn't realize Claudio played the Star Spangled Banner at 9:10. Sick lol
This performance is sad in comparison to when they played it here: th-cam.com/video/qabZRwbZtxM/w-d-xo.html The audience vibe between the two is night and day
Why does this bother you so much? Unlike you, some people have poor recall and like to relive the experience later by watching the video. People are also capable of watching THE SHOW while their phone is up and recording.
@@slickmullet3891 it must be because im old and we used to dance, shake, let it all out on concerts and nowaydays people just stand with their phones and point them for 2 hours straight. and today you get cancelled if you accidentally hit them while dancing and enjoying a song, because it ruins they're recordings. yeah i must be getting old
Def not the same speed it used to be performed at or when originally released, & yeah age is a motherfucker. Its odd, in some ways his voice has gotten better over the years in some aspects and for certain things but he clearly has difficulty using his voice as he used to 15 years or so ago or when doing the originals. So i have to def agree with you there overall. When ur used to old Coheed its pretty easy to hear a difference in how they used to play to now.
What do you mean Claudio can't sing it? Just cause its high doesn't mean its not his natural singing range. You think he's been forcing a falsetto for 30 years or something?
The legends, the heroes of prog
Claudio!

I think it serves best as an opener

It was a closer most shows I’ve been to. And whoa
@@JacobMattinglythat is a brilliant idea that they should try out
This was CRAZY live. The mics didn't pick up the entire crowd SCREAMING "man your own jackhammer"
I was there too!
best progressive rock band I've ever heard 🔥🔥🔥
RUSH.....but?
@@shannonbiggers3312 Instrumentals and atmosphere are a different vibe. I was never able to get into Rush.
My favorite band by far
And I grew up as a RUSH devotee
Man adding that choir took it to another level holy crap man
The added keyboard choir at 7:09 is a much welcome addition. So cool ❤
Just amazing 💜
I was screen recording this while I watched knowing damn well you would beat me to the punch. Thanks for doing the lord's work. Lol
@@WesternJesus I never get to watch Claudio's streams while they're happening on twitch so your recaps posted here really save the day

@@WesternJesus ic cuz ive heard a version weres claudios hyping up the crowd for the ending bit so i was curious thx tho ..
who still manning their jack hammers?
Question: Why does Claudio play this on the SG instead of the Explorer nowadays?
Maybe bcoz SG is more iconic guitar than SG lol
you get bored of the same guitar sometimes
Cool that they played the intermission motif at the start slowed down!
The guy from Dillinger escape plan played with them. Taylor Hawkins played with them. And they are still untouchable. Jesus Christ.
hey! throw your cellphones! damn it!!!
Was this the opening or closing of the set?

It has so many shapes. However.
This is good. It's a cross between Rush, and Dream Theater.
they play this slow now and claudio cant sing it anymore
Just saw them in August and they Killed it. no clue what you're talking about.

Saw them in October and they were great
So would you rather not go see them live then?
