Wasteland 3 polishing early melee build. Much better

perks are striking distance, pursuit, and the animal one that raise the cat buff from 3 percent to 6 percent. next perk will probably be bloodsport. the leadership will raise his crit chance further for 2 turns and increase his damage too. this seems to be very strong for level 9 and i will play with his tomsee how he performs. i think he can do well.
