the group the JAMAICANS as lead singer . Then in 1972 as RICKY STORM made my solo record THE WAY IT IS on the TOP CAT label owned by Tommy Cowan ( an original member of the JAMAICANS )

He STRONGLY speaks Jamaican LANGUAGE, but his flags and band member DOES NOT reflect Jamaica. He's singing "Africa calling," but his band doesn't reflect his music.
He is jamaican by birth. Born and raised in Kingston. He was into roots culture before it was accepted and rasta people were treated like lepers. He is as humble a rastaman as you can find. And the band is heavy as lead.
Reggae represents all humanity
Yet he is in another country spreading the word the best music in the world I don't know the story of his band but like he sez MUCH RESPECT.
So what happen? Other jamaicans that aren’t appreciated musicwise here in jamaica are appreciated in places like japan and europe you know and it doesn’t matter their colour.
