3rd case: the mom really itritated me.. all these years she knew he wasn't the father but didn't want him to know for sure that he wasn't, so she pished him out the picture. Glad her sister told on her. Now its time for her to live in her truth.

Last case neither parent seemed to have compassion for the young lady. Poor thing she deserved better. Do I believe “the other guy” is the father? Sadly I don’t and I don’t think the judge or the daughter believe that either. She demonstrated she is happy to lie and repeat lies. She may not want to confess she was promiscuous to her daughter but that’s selfish.
She's definitely lying. She doesn't know who her father is. Even if she thought this particular man was her father, she (the mother) was being SPITEFUL and cheating her daughter out of a father.
She's lying. At this point her daughter is 30 years old so there's no need to hold onto the lies.

3rd case shows these grandmas was doing the most back in the day. She should've just been honest and told her daughter she was for the streets back in the day and that she don't really know. Its crazy after all these years she still don't know and the daughter is devastated.

2nd case. She didn't want to do a DNA test because she just had a baby. Well, in a DNA test the mother doesn't have to do anything. Swab the dad, swab the baby and that's it. So what does having the baby have to do with doing the test? As soon as the baby is born is the perfect time before any bonds start forming.
They swab the mother.
We get 50% of our DNA from each parent so they swab mother, baby & potential father.
They isolate the mother's DNA markings from the baby's sample, leaving the father's DNA only to compare with his.
But it's a 30 sec mouth swab. They don't swab or go anywhere near the bit she pushed a baby out 😂 so that was irrelevant. An excuse cos she knew.
You can take the woman from the gutter but you cannot take the gutter from the woman.
It's a smiling and giggling for me with that woman in the first case it's how she moving and her behavior and she wondering why he's doubtful. These women are so brave to come out in the open to tell their stories. At the end of the day is all about the children.
Both parents need to contribute to a child’s financial regardless of one parent stating they are “straight”. Kids are a lifetime commitment. Straight now may not mean straight later. The mother in the last case seemed so unbothered by her daughter’s pain, and remorseless. I feel for that young lady.
Well, if you offer someone money and they don't want it, what are you supposed to do? You can't force them to take it.

In the second case. How can you say that someone is your good friend but both of you don't have each other's number?
For about 10 minutes the guy talked about pictures, being missing for days, and being told the child is not his. He admits he was honest with his girlfriend, telling her he cheated. That’s when the judge called it messy. This is the problem with women, they don’t hold each other response.
It's not about blame though. She was right, the situation is messy. He can't control himself enough to not cheat back and we already understand his girlfriend is a serial cheater. If you don't want to be put in a messy situation you just leave

3rd case. She said he should take matters in his own hands and get his own DNA test. OK. Let a man try and get a DNA test for a baby that the mother says is not his and he's not on the birth certificate. Let's see how that works out for him. If he presses, he'll end up in jail.

Stovall/Hines: She's a nice young lady, but very calculating. She anticipates having the upper hand based on being older, and on his diminutive stature combined with his idealism. Hope they're making it.
If a woman tells a man he's not the father, he should leave her alone because the reality is that's what she wants. After he talks to her and asks her if she is sure then show her whatever respect she deserves. If she is known to lie then check into it. If she's trustworthy then move on.
There's no such thing as "trustworthy" when she can lie and then sic family court and the legal system against you. As a man, you can NEVER trust a woman in America. All she has to do to ruin your life is accuse you. Facts don't matter, society will take her side. Men: always guard yourselves.

I can understand not wanting to swab the baby right after giving birth to enjoy the moment. However, I'd probably only feel like that if the possibility exists that it's someone else's.
I mean they pull blood and all that other stuff. A few extra seconds to swab the baby would be better than a life time of doubt
I think a DNA test should be done as a normal routine. So then there wouldn't be a question.

her disappearing for days and sending him the type of pictures she was sending him is reason enough for him to want to keep track of her. even if she wasn’t doing all of that, letting your partner know where you’re going in advance for safety measures or so they don’t think they’re being ghosted when you go out and stop responding is normal. stop trying to make him look like the bad guy, what you really need to do is question why that girl was being inappropriate with multiple men and disappearing for days at a time on her PARTNER.

I don't blame this man for getting a DNA test on his own. She don't know if the baby is his. He wanted to be there in case it was his. Men need to know if the baby is theirs or not. The fact that she don't know who the baby is, he had every right to ask for a DNA test, she don't have to do nothing to have the child tested for his DNA, the nurse could have went and swabed the baby's cheek, thats it. No work, not extremely hard work. I believe she never told him about the other man. She says she had two conception dates? No, she is lying. She tried to trap him as the baby's father. She was trying to play the system as much as other women have been doing for years and are now being called out as the trifling 304's they truly are. Accountability seems to be lacking in the female world. She avoided the test because she never told him about the other man. She is for the streets.

The family up there trying to see who the baby look like, he got a DNA test in the car but he don't want to bring it in the hospital because he "don't know who else up there", and she denying the test, saying it was for one reason but we all know the real reason.
If you would have been protected, you wouldn't have to do all that🤷♀. Also took me out at the end when she said she has to "get to know" the baby's father🤦. Just giving men babies like uber eats.
