my mtech project is doing on hecresim
can you plz help me out to understand about this software
actually i don't have anyone to query about this software in my college
i will list out my doubts one by one
1. what is the theory behind this software or what actually this software is doing inside (like some equation used)
2. i am doing an optimized operation of the reservoir for flood control and many errors are arraising and my simulation is not yet run
