Yes, the cloud of superheated gas, ash, rocks, boulders travels down the mountain at tremendous speed destroying everything in its path. Theres no outrunning it. You can see so much flowing it seems to pile up at the base of the mountain and rise, I guess from its heat.
Chris Barth - thank you. I was watching another video where you can see the front on the mountain and I couldn’t figure out if it was buckling, it must of been the flow making it look that way. I appreciate your reply, so many going off lately 🙁.
I just saw another video too. You're right, It does look like the volcano is venting out the side as well. Sometimes once an eruption starts it can weaken other areas causing a "zipper" effect. Pretty big eruption! Looks like the scale of 1991s Mt Pinatubo. Cooled the Earth a few degrees for a year or two, also made nice red sunsets from the dust lofted.
Finally a decent video, not that i mean that in a negative manner. I feel sorry for those people. But thank you for uploading it, now i can get a feel of how it really is. It looks very big indeed.
