I think the majority of people who say "its their worst album" actually never listened it. I can't understand why this album would be "crap"

Yea and the outtake nobodys perfect was bad ass, micks vocal delivery in the mid 80s was underrated in my opinion

I remember buying this brand new on cassette at Tower Records on Bay street in San Francsico. Love this album!

I remember when Dirty Work came out, and the rift Keith had with Mick when Mick went solo without The Stones. I saw Keith & The Wino's on 12/18/1988 on Keith's birthday in the Meadowlands NJ. And saw The Stones in 89. Keith Looks Like A Vampire Who Just Woke Up Out Of A Coffin In This Video !! Keith Richards just turned 77. I've finally come to realize that The Rolling Stones have outlived Rock n' Roll and will probably outlive man kind and every living thing on the blue planet earth. LOL !

    • @PintilieCristian

He did some drumming, but in the end he gave the drumming sticks back to Charlie and said "you are the drummer, not me"

Shoulder pads on Keith?..holy fuck, proof that the 80's almost ruined everything..everyone was still reeling from the threat of disco and the transition out of that took years...along came grunge to make it dirty again and revive rock again but not really define it..rock n roll is not dead at all, its just harder to find now, surrounded by so much crap...but it's still there...it will never die, rock n roll is like a cockroach, it's the foundation of all pests and there's no way to kill it!..

Tye Cook undercover kinda grows on ya..id say satanic majesties is their worst album and then along comes jumpin jack flash in 68 and producer Jimmy Miller and rest is history

Tye Cook I never knew any men who wore shoulder pads. And cos Keith normally wears his woman's clothes this jacket was probably hers lol

I’m going to interview The Rolling Stones. Should I prepare? Should I craft some really relevant questions? NAH!! I’ll open with “How much did you want to do this album”

Really surprised to see Keef looking so young here, he seemed improbably aged at the time. I guess it's relative.

Black and Blue, Dirty Work, Bigger Bang, and Undercover have to be the worst Stones albums.

black and blue is highly underrated in imo, its one of my favorite albums ever, alongside the albums prior to it. the 80s albums also have a few great tracks here and there too, just a different sound.
