I remember when Dirty Work came out, and the rift Keith had with Mick when Mick went solo without The Stones. I saw Keith & The Wino's on 12/18/1988 on Keith's birthday in the Meadowlands NJ. And saw The Stones in 89. Keith Looks Like A Vampire Who Just Woke Up Out Of A Coffin In This Video !! Keith Richards just turned 77. I've finally come to realize that The Rolling Stones have outlived Rock n' Roll and will probably outlive man kind and every living thing on the blue planet earth. LOL !
Shoulder pads on Keith?..holy fuck, proof that the 80's almost ruined everything..everyone was still reeling from the threat of disco and the transition out of that took years...along came grunge to make it dirty again and revive rock again but not really define it..rock n roll is not dead at all, its just harder to find now, surrounded by so much crap...but it's still there...it will never die, rock n roll is like a cockroach, it's the foundation of all pests and there's no way to kill it!..
Tye Cook undercover kinda grows on ya..id say satanic majesties is their worst album and then along comes jumpin jack flash in 68 and producer Jimmy Miller and rest is history
I’m going to interview The Rolling Stones. Should I prepare? Should I craft some really relevant questions? NAH!! I’ll open with “How much did you want to do this album”
black and blue is highly underrated in imo, its one of my favorite albums ever, alongside the albums prior to it. the 80s albums also have a few great tracks here and there too, just a different sound.
YESSSSSSS BLACK AND BLUE IS ALSO ONE OF MY FAVORITE STONES ALBUMS !!!!! Memory motel is wonderfull !!!!!! Hand of fate and crazy mama are cool rockn roll !!!! Cherry oh baby!!!!
I think the majority of people who say "its their worst album" actually never listened it. I can't understand why this album would be "crap"
Yea and the outtake nobodys perfect was bad ass, micks vocal delivery in the mid 80s was underrated in my opinion
I remember buying this brand new on cassette at Tower Records on Bay street in San Francsico. Love this album!
Love Dirty Work!!!!!!🤩🤩🤩

Ronnie did some drummings on this album..
He did some drumming, but in the end he gave the drumming sticks back to Charlie and said "you are the drummer, not me"
@@PintilieCristian Yes,but Charlie was not 100 % involved in that album..he had some drug problems at that time,he said in interwiew..
❤️Keith!!!❤️

Tye Cook I never knew any men who wore shoulder pads. And cos Keith normally wears his woman's clothes this jacket was probably hers lol

It was a relevant question back then
duncan hertog Yeah. And you have to appreciate how difficult it seems for Mick to pretend.
How much did you want to do this album?
I dunno. How much is that doggie in the window?
Its right up there with "does all that hair help you sing?" - a real question asked of the Beatles in '64.
@@NormBa 😂
Really surprised to see Keef looking so young here, he seemed improbably aged at the time. I guess it's relative.
Keith looks like this is the last thing he wants to do rn
Mick Jagger's mullet phase
These guys found the recipe that guns n’ roses, black crowes, etc. all followed
100%! fact!
Um, try Howlin' Wolf, John Lee Hooker, Elmore James, Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry, Big Bill Broonzy, and Robert Johnson.
@@itsmefrisco no heroin in that mix (as far as I know)
@@MB-rv9dx oh you just meant drugs?
@@itsmefrisco You're talking about their roots but they created their own style.
Daft questions for fuck's sake .. And some wonder why artists hate doing interviews
Keith with 43 looked like 73 ..jezz
Btw bill is older but looks younger than others.
When was the last time you saw Mick Jagger and Carly Simon in the same room together? (you never did - same person)
Did this interview take place before or after Charlie Watts slugged Mick?
Charlie punched Jagger in 1984, they were in Amsterdam. In a recent interview, Charlie admited that "he was drunk"
@@PintilieCristian Think they were both drunk for the less.
Interviewed by a 6 year old...LOL! How much did you want to do this album???
The only song which I like was Keith's "sleep" his tribute to Ian Stewart
Why on earth is no one talking about how bad this interviewer is?! He's like one of those interviewers off the American local channels! 🤣

Mick needs a haircut
Its the eq and drum sound really is awful
For me, their worst album.
Black and Blue, Dirty Work, Bigger Bang, and Undercover have to be the worst Stones albums.

totally agree bro. love all those songs, pure dirty rock n roll, and memory motel is a really beautiful ballad.
Black and Blue - awesome album, except for Cherry Oh Baby
dannyd1572 No way I thought Undercover was a great album..the rest poor unfortunately..
