Despite the fact he's probably half drunk I'm just blown away how well spoken he is and what a tone of voice. His voice wouldn't sound out of place in a period drama.
Everyone counted Richards out time and time again. Yeh the jokes are endless about him and that’s all good but from what I see here we are in the 21st century and here we are listening to his views and still finding him relevant enough to do so. Keith, quite simply your a ‘rock and roll God’. Thank you for the amazing songs and the amazing journey. Keep them ‘guessin’...
I love the way when he answers questions, it's like the neurons are just rerouting themselves around the holes he's made in his brain to retrieve the answers. LOL. What a legend.
Keith is a lot more together than people realize. A modern medical miracle, a damn good guitarist and writer, a living legend and very funny. God love 'im, eh?
Keith is the best rythm guitar player of all time.. His body of work can not be matched by anybody out there today. Probably will be never be matched either as the Stones have so many songs....
The thing about Keith is he's not a rhythm guitarist r a lead guitarist he is just a guitarist. If Keith or may goes the stones are gone. Especially with Keith nobody can play his part even if they practiced 100 years. He plays every song different in his head. Then again he plays them the same. Only a true Keith freak knows what I'm talkin about
Keith is probably one of the most fascinating and interesting people on the planet. Ive grown up with him, and watched all his changes over the years. He has lived life. Also, for the drug criticism- You try performing in a Rolling Stones World Tour and come to a dead halt afterwards--straight.
"What's the most important thing in your life?" "Living, Anybody else would be an idiot to say otherwise. You have a life, you live it!" The Gospel according to Keith
What a great & fascinating piece of film! Keith must have been off gear when this was filmed but he looks & acts real cool, like he's on the nod for real; as if the man was naturally spaced out, part of his charm & genius, I guess. Thanks for uploading this. Rock n Roll!
Came to this directly after watching a guitar tutorial and forgot that I had it set at 3/4 speed. So used to Keith's interview style that it took three whole minutes before I realised that he wasn't quite that wasted.
Such a genius! Such an outstanding musician! Knew his own mind even when he was fucked up. We seriously gotta think about what sort of world we are leaving behind for our Keef
In every interview I've seen , ....even when he's completely blazed , ..... Keith has intelligent things to say and always thinks carefully about his reply Keith IS the real genius behind the stones. ;-)
Keith is half straight or still half asleep he is so present, but NOT present. He really does not want to be doing this, but with a little "H" he will rock more!
I agree 100% with Keith's choices of best Stones songs. He mentioned Street Fighting Man, Tumbling Dice, Jumpin' Jack Flash, and the greatest rock & roll song of all time...BROWN SUGAR
Keith's reference to "Bill Wyman counts" is funny and true. I read Bill Wyman's "Stone Alone" book, and Bill wrote about how he kept meticulous records of every show/gig the Stones ever did.
Keef fans should read his autobiography, titled Life. Killer book, very honest account of his life. He doesn't hold back, and guitar players get a free lesson from the best!
I found it informative and sincere. On a side note: Everyone is always commenting on how Keith looks ... as if your not gonna end up in the same place as he. lol. What difference does it make ? ... His experience is his experience, pretty great if you ask me ... many lifetimes lived in one.
Only one who has everything can say the most important thing in life is living. That was his automatic response. Good for him, man is blessed with a good life.
Bon leider nicht Sein Song " Ride on". Sagt doch schon sehr viel........
Living his life ,loving his wife and children .Keith is more intelligent than you think he is !!! He is a thinker, that's why i like him so much !!! You know what they about say :Still waters ?
I am very happy for you. I am glad we could end this debate as courteous and respectful individuals, such occurences are rare on TH-cam. Be blessed also, but please, leave the rolling stones and Keith Richard in peace.
That's true. I'm actually reading Keith's autobiography at the moment & he says that him & Mick responded to the Beatles' writing in the vein that if they could do it so could they. And how true that was/is.
PA stands for Public Address. It's basically a speaker system that allows the guitar, vocal, and drums to be amplified further from their basic amplifiers. Shoving a microphone at your guitar amplifier and letting it come out of the PA system will generally make it easier for the audience to hear what the band is playing.
My personal favourite he doesn't mention is "gimme shelter", but the great thing about the stones is they have more good albums than any other band has good songs. And what style haven't they covered...
He`s so wasted all the time, you feel like he won`t be able to answer questions or even talk proper. But he gives so good answers. This man is a fucking god.

There isn't anyone else alive in the music business that's a cool as Keith Richards.
Excellent footage, thank you very much.
Rock on.

Who ever thought Keith would still be living and performing in 2024 . ? Great Man ✨🎸✨☮️
Man what a rare treat to get a glimpse into the history and current mindset of a fantastic musician and song writer!
No doubt about it.
Beautiful interview, at a transitional time in Keith's life. A shame the video ends so abruptly, I was thoroughly enjoying it.
What a genius! He is such an intelligent guy, he is so natural. He is my favorite guy from the Rolling Stones.
Damn good guitar man
Yes! Keith’s my fav too.

The beginning of Beast live!! Or even Before they make me run. Slight diff every time. It's a unique luxury for me. I mean, talk about owning a song
Keef is amazing, imagine still touring at 77 years of age, just shows how much he loves music.
Ok lets check mate that one. Imagine touring at age 80? Love this man KEEF is rock n roll.

Yeah by this time of his life he claimed to be off the horse, I think this is just how he is
Keith is a very good writer and the music industry is making a fortune on the band we will listen to them as long as they play
Keith Richards is like wine, the older he gets, the better he gets

I want to be Keith Richards when I grow up.
This is when Kieth was the epitome of elegantly wasted , still hanging on to his looks.......a vey intelligent man ....imagine a night out with Kieth

Keith's reference to "Bill Wyman counts" is funny and true. I read Bill Wyman's "Stone Alone" book, and Bill wrote about how he kept meticulous records of every show/gig the Stones ever did.
The messy hair is just one of the things that makes him uniquely Keith. Gotta love him.

If you look up the word 'charisma' in the dictoinary; Keith Richard's photo would there.
I don't know much about the music industry. I would never have survived it. Listening to Keith is cool
He has a really pervy smile. A good example is in the movie Shine A Light during his song You've Got The Silver and right here at 8:58
Unbelievable that this guy is still alive
Keith is a cool guy...yeah
keith is king
Keef is a LEGEND , he is Rock n Roll

Thanks for making my point.
