Mario Kart 64 blew my mind as a child. I could finally see the worlds and lands in 3D beyond peaches castle. Same with Paper mario 64. Such amazing games
Fun fact: the characters in this game are the seven star children. AND, the seven star children are the only mario characters to have their own games or game series. Well, except for toad. But, OBVIOUSLY, he has some sort of importance to be here to have his own game.
I wish kamek wouldn't have been replaced by dk before releasing the game 😢, but hey since 20-30 years later the graphics are way more HD so who knows we might get kamek in mario kart 9! 😃

Here's the funny (as in odd and suspicious) thing: Mario Kart has a roster that grows every game as Mario Party may get guest characters from time to time but has a rediculously tiny roster (Miis give Mario Party 8 a pass)...WHY?! IF EACH HAVE EXTREMELY DEEP AND AWESOME PROGRAMMING THEN WHY DOES MARIO PARTY HAVE A TINY ROSTER EVERY TIME AS MARIO KART HAS A HUGE ROSTER THAT GETS HUGER EACH GAME?!
Mario is good at top speed but not very good at acceleration. Luigi is basically just like Mario, he is just a bit faster at top speed but also less heavy. Yoshi is faster than Peach at top speed and he's also less heavy than her, but with less acceleration.
