On a day when one's feeling low or sad, watching u ladies enjoying the hidden gems and the simple things in life warms our heart and makes us feel so much better. ❤❤
So nice to watch your vlogs les,les let me tell you that you will be blessed for your generosity.God bless all your friends they are all blessed to have you.
Whenever I visit Goa, Colva is where i stay. I am in love with its countryside susegad life, awsum beach & some fantastic restaurants. Don't know how i missed out on this one. It has a lovely setting with authentic goan food & mouth watering delicacies. I will surely visit this place when I am in Colva next. Thanks for covering this one 😊
I had been to Durigo's last September (offseason), the food is delicious.....I would strongly suggest anyone travelling to South Goa to try this restaurant.
been there many times. great food but yes due to the open sides and tile roof, it gets very hot there in the afternoons. the chonak rechead and prawn curry is fantastic.
Leslie as soon as i watch your video, many times i try to visit those places and all were very nice but only one restaurant Bombil, in panjim was flop, nothing was good. Thank you so much Leslie for showing us different restaurants. God bless you always. Now will try to visit this also...
Hi Lesley ,a couple of things , yes Nagpur does go to 49 -50 in the summer ,Did my schooling there belonged to SFS parish. but the main thing is you forgot to add urrack to your limca.:)
Hello Lesley & Maria !! My family & I have been following your channel for a while now, and back to back videos meant we had to take a trip. If You guys could post some recommendations in the comments for me to try. I'll be staying around Anjuna, but I won't mind driving up north or down south. Please ✨
Hi, my knowledge of the north is limited but in Anjuna I recommend Ramesh in Monteiro vaddo. My friends in Assagao took me there and they have superb crab xec xec and mackerel smoked in hay, besides great curry rice plates. You’ll find it in Google Maps. Also Tukaram and Spice Goa in Mapusa
Lesley/ Maria , I’m in Goa in 2 weeks time and want to meet an old rickshaw driver Friend of mine here for lunch, what are daytime opening hours please?
Hi Lesley & Maria I have recently started following your channel and love it. Have you visited Blue Heaven restaurant on Colva Margao road ? If yes can you tell me how is the food there ??
Hi Betsy, we had visited Blue Heaven on Margao Colva road and had covered their big fish thali also. But after that, so many viewers complained about the food that we took the video down finally. Can understand one or two but many, many were complaining. So something is the matter there
As usual, a pleasure to watch Lesley!! Please do not talk horridly of prawn heads😅😅They are the heart and soul of any seafood bisque. BTW, I am a doctor AND a diabetic and I do allow myself an occasional spoon of sweet temptations, it's absolutely fine albeit, occasional being the key word. Why do I get the impression that you were almost lovingly looking at the caramel custard? I do wish though that Viola tried to make it "jiggle" first which is a test I will always carry out with it.
Haha, I have tried very hard Michael but not yet been able to acquire the habit of prawn heads. My cook Pushpa just loves them. I had HBA1C of 6.9 recently which my doc was happy with so I also indulged a little, as you saw in Bombil video! Your Octima video is coming up next week!
I savor your foodie videos. Caramel Custard... Doc said NO! But those surreptitious glances at the offering are just great!! Next time when I am in Goa, you have to take me on a foodie tour, Whats a eating place you can suggest near Galgibaga Beach? I have kayaked with friends from Palolem and back, lovely dolphins view.
I enjoy watching your videos but this was a dull one. Choice of dishes especially the shark garlic looked more like a starter with no butter garlic gravy. 😢 Better luck for next video 🎉
Their adamas with sanas is also awesome. A must try...

My pleasure, Neville. This is a favourite local haunt. You’ll always find Goans here. And of course the occasional tourist. It’s nicer at night
