I have enjoyed your beautiful, well researched, and considerate videos for years. I sometimes watch them just to take a virtual tour of places I may never visit. But I often watch them before I venture to luxury destinations all over the world. Yours are consistently among the best out there. I am traveling to Tokyo and Kyoto in three weeks and will plan on stopping off here in Hakone en route and staying at this hotel after watching your video.

nice i go always there! twice in a year and stay 4 night using the spa massage! in winter time is the best sometimes snowing! wonderful! the sushi restaurant is nice also the other two restaurants! but if you go there you should try a nice teppanyaki near "nobu" teppanyaki ery nice also soba restaurant "takeyabu" very nice soba! breakfast at this hotel is amazing also you can reserve a dogs deluxe suite very nice also! in the evining they have from 4 to 7 happy hours all you an drink include champagne and whisky! great deal!all free

Hey, great review. I don't know if your travels are a must but I'm just asking if you could do a Thomson 787 flight to Montego Bay, Jamaica and also do a Resort review there as well. I'm not forcing you but I will just like to see it happened, no one has ever done it before. Let me know what you think

Wow, I wish I'd stayed here when visiting Hakone. My trip was a stressful long train ride from Tokyo, then a bus through heavy traffic to the spas, followed by a lengthy return to Tokyo. I'm definitely spending more than a day there the next time I go.
Yes, you can do Hakone on a day trip from Tokyo, but it's better to stay at least one night in the area

oh and I'm very excited for the Park Hyatt review! I have seen that as being on of the more prestigious of hotels within Japan and Tokyo as well.
I was in Japan for a meeting, but decided to extend my stay with a holiday since it was my first time in Japan and I wanted to explore the country

muy bonito el hotel pero siento que le falta algo , no se algo mas como alegre un toque latino, caribeño algo asi.
Loved the video, but i dont get the resort vibe from it, it feels more as a common hyatt hotel.
Kind of agree. It's a beautiful hotel - a step up from most other Hyatt hotels - but it don't get it either why it's designated a 'resort' as it feels more like a city hotel. I did enjoy my time at the hotel though, mainly because of the wonderful surroundings.
+the Luxury Travel Expert I get the "upscale hospital & rehab centre" vibe from it, frankly

It's not extremely expensive. Room rates start around $200 USD.
