I currently have a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership but I really want to pursue a PhD In ABA... I have done more work with teens over the years and I think ABA would be better suited for the work that I do. I love learning about Human Behavior and want to know more.
Lately I feel like there is alot of push professionally that doctoral degrees are not needed. I would LOVE a video on masters vs ph.d pr psyd. I am considering a doctoral degree, but it almost seems frowned upon in my current surroundings.
Really comes down to what your goals are. As it's designed a master's level education in our field lets you work a nice job (tough one often) and make an honest living. But you're barred from various areas of practice if you don't have the ability to get licensed in various areas of practice (e.g., clinical psych) without pursuing the right credentials and degrees. Ultimately, if possible, the personal choice of continuing to learn only helps the clients we serve. I opted out of a PhD route knowing that I could very likely be successful and not run into barriers but continue to learn without having to take on loans to keep that learning happening. If I ever collab with them again I'll let them know you're interested in a comparison of the three!

Thanks for the amazing video! Graduating next year for my masters and wishing there would be more PsyD programs in ABA popping up then!
So far just this one, but do let me know if you find more! Good luck graduating!
