Not enough storage in the kitchen. Where is the pantry?
Beautiful ! Manny what is an escalation clause? I like the included features! I didn't see the pantry size or a butlers pantry! (I have many gbabies🤣who love food, so I need a storage place to hide it) Thank you for the tour!
Hey Brenda. Wood and other cost have been climbing the past 2 years. Some builders are transfering this cost to their buyers even after they are under contract with contract stipulations that allow them raise the home price even after the home owner goes under contract. At Hughston Homes, we operate with integrity our buyers are protectect from price increases once you secure your new home with a purchase agreement.
