This one is particularly good. Listening to it on a damp foggy morning in Scotland. Grew up with these vin NY as a kid, my mother loved them. Rediscovered them about 4 years ago. Thank you.
That was a good one. I really enjoyed the story. I use to listen to this radio shows as a preteen/teenager with my sister. We loved them! Thanks for posting. ❤
@Mathona Moore Erin go bragh! I love Ireland! I was educated by Irish Priests and Irish Nuns. I used to believe that Ireland was full of Priests and Nuns when I was a youngster! I’ve always wanted to visit, but I’ve never been able to do so. I even studied Gaelic when I was in middle school taught to me by one of the Irish Nuns! I miss them so much!!!
@@denisestover2416 hello, I just saw your reply now. I was checking to see, had I left a comment, that way I'd know if I had watched it or not.. It is Friday the 27th of May 2022. Have a good weekend. Xx
I loved listening to these when I was younger, my family even got some mystery shows on record. I am still in awe at how the ending caught me by surprise. Fantastic writing and performance as always!
I agree but that old man who played the husband of the murdered woman did a great job too. He got me absolutely hating him. I forgot I was listening to a fictional story.
Absolutely awful in all depts!!!!!! Awfully bloody good!! I love these shows and I've listened to hundreds and I'm yet to hear a duff one!! I'm from England and just adore this series and Robert Dryden is the main man followed by Fred Gwynne!!
Yikes! The old guy's accent! So far from......anything! That's a deep woods Maine or Down East Maine accent. Certainly not even a Boston accent. Cape Cod (people being from all over, and Chatham having MANY from out of state) has no particular accent at all. Not a soul on any square inch of ground in Massachusetts speaks with that accent.
Technology is wonderful being able to listen to all these old radio shows.

How'd life work out that you live in Scotland after growing up here in New York?
Neat thing in your life, Craig rediscovering CBSRMT in Scotland.👍
I play these when I go to bed. Love them.

That TV Guide commercial music struck a deep memory! So weird!
Thank You ❤❤❤😊
That was spellbinding !!!
The ending was not at all what I expected !
I absolutely love when that happens.
This episode is eerie. Gives me old Twilight Zone vibes 👍

Love these stories 🤩... rarely a bad one
A nice blend of murder, and the supernatural. Well done, and a big 👍 for posting this, David.
That was a good one on a scale from 1 to 10. I give it a 9. Thank you sir!
Good episode! And that TV Guide ad: wow, I haven’t heard that background music in years. ❤
This is one of my favorites. It’s well written and very well performed, especially by the two actresses.

Sorta figured you were from 🇬🇧. Much of my own ancestry is English. But yeah, Robert Dryden was fine.
great story, thank you.
Very interesting. Thank for sharing.
I would love to read the TV guide cover story magazine. It sounds like it had some good articles. 😊
Oh man this was a very good one
Awesome scary story, thank you 👍🏼
I can't remember where I've heard the New England accent of the woman's husband (Will).
But I bet Pepperidge Fahm remembers...
Like the scary music 🤗
Good job as always makes my night
Me too ...

I know Chatham well, on the outer Cape Cod.
Thats was great. Rest over, now to finish the pool slide for the grand kids.
