There are some weird sound pacing issues like in 7:08 and 22:58.
Why you have disabled all these settings 6:58 ?
You need to tweak some settings, because I have a similar set up and I get more FPS. Have you installed the patches?
You can see by the video's chapters in the description that I had no patches up until 6:50. This is also the first time I ran the game. 7:01 gameplay with all patches. The fps is capped at 60. I don't see the point of unlocking it.

No, this is nothing. Check out TLOU Part 1 Remake shaders recompilation and it will go up to 100°C, :)

Why your cpu so hot?
This is how this generation is, this is also a high load. When at 100% load, it goes beyond 100°C if protection wouldn't stop it, in my case at least.
