Posses Jordan/Kobe like Work ethic and film watching? 6. Enough film showing they make plays on 3rd or 4th progressions That's it, not many fit this bill , but is a great pressure, pocket awareness/athletic, and IQ test Tom Brady fits most of this and yet he was drafted low because he didn't fit the eye test, so it is possible for QBs with these skills to fall low in the draft since everyone has their own way to evaluate a player, but these are solid criteria for QB selection

Just because you can throw far doesn't make you Patrick Mahomes. Even in college Mahomes was making smart decisions, using his amazing arm talent to put the ball on the money from awkward angles when those receivers were in the position to make a play, at a very consistent rate. Jordan Love can do that maybe 1 out of every 5 throws the other four being average throws or just straight up poor decisions, ik Mahomes has had better weapons at Texas Tech/Kansas City overall but he clearly shows he knows exactly when to use them to maximize their play potential, I simply don't see that level of talent in Jordan Love

Just because you can throw far doesn't make you Patrick Mahomes. Even in college Mahomes was making smart decisions, using his amazing arm talent to put the ball on the money from awkward angles when those receivers were in the position to make a play, at a very consistent rate. Jordan Love can do that maybe 1 out of every 5 throws the other four being average throws or just straight up poor decisions, ik Mahomes has had better weapons at Texas Tech/Kansas City overall but he clearly shows he knows exactly when to use them to maximize their play potential, I simply don't see that level of talent in Jordan Love
there won't be another Patrick Mahomes for a long time, he's a generational talent

Jordan Love is a risk. They didn't play teams with Elite Defensives. He might be very good, but still a risk.

I see a huge difference. Kapernick did not have such a compact throwing motion. He kind of slung the ball. Love has an effortless throwing motion. He flicks the ball.
I disagree with Marcus as well football is the ultimate team sport just cuz u think he didn't play well against LSU how much of it was his fault? How much blame do you place on his coaching staff and the other players around him? Who else on that team is going to the NFL this year?

Tyrese Smith on paper he looked like a monster. Good Td-int ratio. Had like 20 rush td and over 1k rushing. He sounded like Lamar.

Just in the quality of the throws. Mahomes is the best. The point is can they make him into a player who turns the ball over rarely while taking advantage of his throwing and ability to throw off balance. Because if they can do that, they have an Aaron Rodgers Lite in the making.
