There is a way to color elements while you draw them and not afterwards , it also colors the half bond. You know how it's done. Not coloring after , but while drawing. For example place a N atom in between 2 carbon line atoms and it generates blue , with the half bonds also blue.... How is this done ?
I am having a problem while copy pasting the ChemDraw (ultra 1202) structures to MS Powerpoint or MS Word 2016/2013/2010/2007. I can only see the frame after I copy, no image appears. I am using Ideapad S145 (Lenovo) laptop this time. Not sure why this is happening, please help if you have any solution.
Can you help me on adding Deuterium Or any other isotope to my structure using chemdraw? Will Simply typing D be recognized as Deuterium in autodock and other softwares?
Hey there this was a gr8 help but can you help me out? I accidentally set my toolbar horizontal somehow and i cant get it vertical again is there a way to undo this?
If you "convert name to structure" using the structure menu, there will be an option to paste whatever name you generated it from below the structure (common, IUPAC, etc. and CD is getting better with its database all the time!) You can also generate a name for any structure that's already drawn using the structure menu (or right click), but CD gives IUPAC, so that's not always what you want. Thanks for watching and thanks for the question!
In the "structure" menu, there's an option to "expand label." I'm not quite sure if this does exactly what you're asking, but you might try that! Thanks for watching.
You're telling ChemDraw the order in which the atoms are connected. Since carbon is directly bonded to nitrogen, you type the N first, and then H2. In this video, ChemDraw automatically flipped it to the left hand side, since it was on the left of the molecule.
You can do this by right-clicking on the atom you want to number. This will bring up a menu that contains "show atom number." Click that to number the atom. I like to do this one atom at a time in the order I want. You can select several atoms at once, right click, select atom, and then select "show atom number," but then ChemDraw decides the numbering order for you.
That first 4 minutes was just gold! Thank you so much!
Thank you for this comprehensive tutorial!
Great jump start tutorial!
Thank you very much for this tutorial! ^^

it would be best if you zoomed out a little more because I can still see what you are doing
thank you, it was very helpful
question: does anybody know how I can rotate a single bond in ChemDraw?
Thanks mam... So knowledgeful tutorials
Thank you for this tutorial
You are amazing!!!! I love your chanel. You're a great teacher. Thank You
Does Chemdraw does synthesis problems for you by adding just the reactant?
Thank you. please could give us link to download chemdraw pro.thank you
Thank you very much for the great explanation
Please help me that how i could get the information regarding structure.Tell me settings
Thanks maam for this good tutorial
Toolbar hidden options doesn't get shown when I click on them
Very helpful. Thanks !!

Now I can pass my online Orgo exam!
why i cant paste smiles :) why they areee invisible like i cant click themm.... greyed out
Excellent!

Great information
how can i get free version of chemDraw on macOS please share link
where i can download chemdraw? please i need it

I think this just depends on to toolbar's positioning on your screen. If you try dragging it somewhere else, I think it might fix the orientation!
@@MolecularMemory yep i found that afterwards and thnk u for both this tutorial and reply 👍💜
Do you know how to construct or generate crystal field splitting energy diagram in chemdraw for transition metal complex?
so what's the hollow bond stands for?
Where can we use chemdraw
From where I can download chemdraw?....
yes
Please, Can you send me a Pdf about those uses? help me
Thanks a lot ❤️
How can I convert a chemdraw file to pdf?
So you can lable/caption a molecule automatically? I know you can label it with the mf, but what about the name? Ex) ribose-5-phosphate

Do I know iupac from structure by this app???
Yes, ChemDraw can generate the IUPAC name from the structure (it's in the structure menu)
thank for tutorial
Sry
May I know how to convert skeletal structure to expanded structure in ChemDraw?
In the "structure" menu, there's an option to "expand label." I'm not quite sure if this does exactly what you're asking, but you might try that! Thanks for watching.
very useful thanks
CH bond draw nhi ho rha .. C ko attach karna hai H sa
why in the world do i have to write NH2 in the box to get H2N

How can I find out the name of the structure I've drawn automatically?
select the molecule and go to structure > Convert structure to name
i need help in drawing structures and schemes on chemdraw its urgent... is there anyone to help me... if someone is then please reply me ASAP.....
Thank you so muchhh
How to insert the + symbol between reactants
I use the + sign at the top of the keyboard.

Is there any app for chemdraw???
I think there's an inexpensive iPad app. The computer program does cost a bit...
thank you heaps !
Can I get your email ? I really found this awesome but still I have issues...
Hello , are you interested to give a talk on chem draw to the students of our institute?
This is the stupidest, clunkiest software I have ever used. How are they in business?
ساغول والله بتر ددین💙💙🌷🌷
How tf do you afford this?
MUITO BOM.
What means "Eni-anto-mer" ? Some chemists produce "En-anti-omers" :-)
