Hey Joel! I just went into a quiet area and tested my "horror story" voice; expect to see content from me sometime soon, but just so you know I did kind of make my voice sound deeper, and if I have voice cracks there's not much I can do. Anyway, once my horror story channel has a decent following, I would love to do a collab sometime, because you are one of my favorite horror story youtubers, along with Mortis Media, Swamp Dweller, Mr Nightmare, and a few others.
Also because you are one of the larger horror story channels, do you have any recommendations on subreddits that I would be allowed to use? R/lets not meet? R/paranormal? R/humanoid encounters? Any others?
The third story is both tragic and infuriating. It's tragic because of all the girls who were preyed upon by that monster. It's infuriating due to how the spree was able to endure for far too long that it then led to the horrible death of Caroline.
It’s funny how when caught all preds go the stereotypical way of “I had a miserable childhood so I did things because of that” yeah I had a somewhat sucky childhood too. But I haven’t killed anyone. Actually I haven’t even gotten in trouble with the law even once. So can’t blame a crappy childhood for your choices bub. You can still ROT

It Took me a few min. to realize that when your live it’s all about you interacting with us listeners. After I Understood that, I relaxed and went gladly w/ it! I figured I would listen to the stories after my live experience, Which I’m going to do shortly. No matter how hard I try to follow last night with any if the story’s, I couldn’t follow, so I’m looking forward to listening. Thank you for entertaining me. Oh Sondra. I’m so sorry. I lost my cat Hemingway to liver cancer a few years back. When he was healthy he was extremely playful. He would get up in front of the tv to get Mario and Luigi when I would play the Wii, he would sneak drinks of my coffee when I wasn’t looking, wanted to be friends with every cat, and if I laid a hula hoop on the floor he’d get in the circle of it, like it somehow protected him. The story about the tree falling on that child makes me think of a time when I was in high school and I heard of a small kid playing in the primary school grounds near us. he sat down on the bench under a tree and unfortunately one of the branches broke and fell straight on top of his head and he unfortunately passed away. It was such an unexpected and just instant tragedy, no one could stop it or save him. It was just so hard to believe that a kid… just a kid just went out to play one-day at school and a freak accident branch breaking killed him before he even got a chance to really live. It was honestly really hard to hear even if I didn’t know the kid I still felt so much sorrow for him and his family.
LOL that's not a freak accident that couldn't be avoided. That my friend is a penny pinching principle who didn't want to spend money on a yearly arborist to maintain the trees.........

It could’ve been avoided though, EVERYONE here with the slightest common sense knows not to enter these woods when it’s windy like that. It was a tragic accident that could’ve been avoided by not going, but certainly not by the principal trimming trees.
These stories made me think of a tragedy that happened in my state only two weeks ago just before Xmas. Six children aged 11 were killed by a gust of wind taking up a jumping castle 10 metres into the air. It was the last day of school and in an instant they were gone. It is so sad. It could have been your own children. That’s how fast it can happen and how precious our lives are.
My daughter almost got crushed in a bounce castle when she was 2 years old. She was playing in one and it collapsed on the kids as they were jumping. Nobody got hurt, as we were all able to get our kids out quickly but it scared us all to deaths he! She is 5 now and still won't go near them.
Didn’t expect this when listening; my mum knew Horatio Chapple’s father, very tragic story. I remember her talking about it and it still is very distressing for everyone involved. Can’t begin to imagine how horrifying it was for those boys.
How tall were the guys in this story? Seems like all rich people are tall. Or maybe there are a disproportionate number of tall people that are rich. There are many reasons for this. It's something that has turned into a fetish for me.
Story one: Arborglyphs. Especially if they happened to be on birch trees - but the Basque people, for instance, would carve drawings much like that described by OP as markers, messages, and as part of communication for sheepherds - in the US, you can find them under "new world tree carvings." Check it out, they're pretty darn cool.
I absolutely loved these stories you put together.. "They are very tragic and my thoughts and prayers 🙏❣️ go out to the families." The way u put them together was/is perfect!! Keep up the amazing work!!!
Story 4, that happened about 3 or 4 years ago. At the time, I didn't live far from the camp in Sooke. I remember seeing it in the news. It was quite sad. Especially since the kid was in his last year of middle school, I think it was before school was out. Then story 3, that was so sad. That man hurt so many families cause he couldn't control himself which is not a good excuse. He says that he didn't mean to kill Caroline, that her death was just an accident which I think is BULL. If it were an accident like he claims it was, he should have turned himself in right after it happened. RIP to everyone who died in these stories.

I’m having a difficult time figuring out why on earth the adults from the camp itself AND the adults who legally had the children in their care at the time thought it was in any way a good idea to allow those kids to go out into a forested area during what was some of the worst winds the author had ever seen at the camp for orienteering, or wandering around the woods & trying to find your way around by using a map. Those people should have been well aware of the risks of being among trees when winds start to whip.

Story #4 happened in my town, I used to go to that camp for field trips, extra courses, and summer camp as a kid. The whole town took a huge hit when the incident happened, even to this day people still talk about it sometimes, really really sad day for a small town.
Ahh yes, a polar bear, kinda knew it was it when I heard the artic circle and Norway since I'm Norwegian myself 🤣 sad what's happened to those people tho....love the stories btw
As an Alaskan...I just knew it was a polar bear. Poor thing must have been driven mad from hunger and illness. They really are in very real danger of dying out for ever. Poor young people having to be apart of that. Nature is not fair or nice just life and death as it always has been. We have sadly removed ourselves from it as a day to day experience yet we continue to ravage it all the same. How can one respect what the dont know or see themselves?
Don’t mess with bears and don’t wander in their area. Saw a bear going into a golf house from a distance. I still think how it was awesomely comical how everyone ran out. Hell, I would too. I wouldn’t wish for it to hurt me but I’d also not retaliate. If I know I’m in their territory and I was able to leave peacefully without danger to either of us. I’m packing up and finding a different location altogether. That may be a prime food spot for the bear and I won’t argue with their need for survival. I can figure something else out
Third story; Talking about nothing too bad happening at a hostel Me; You should hear about the Caroline Dickinson case! Third story; Starts talking about Caroline Dickinson....
A similar school bus accident happened recently in Australia. No one died thank god but many kids had their arms and hands amputated. I can only imagine the horror and trauma. 😢
Yoooo ima boutta listen to this while I relax in the bath . Bro 2 minutes later I literally dropped my phone in the bath I honestly thought I was gonna have a heart attack but it’s all good now I can hear ur beautiful voice now ima just go back to it lol
I don’t get it, why was the OP in the first story so scared about the symbol before the naked tattooed guy came along? How is a random symbol carved into some trees scary?
I don't think that the symbols themselves are scary. More like the person's who carved them. I watch way to much horror story videos so I would be scared but that's just me
I think OP started to get scared when they saw the rock cause with trees it wouldn’t be that hard to do you’d basically just need a knife but to carve it into a rock could depending on the size take very long, you also need specific tools to carve a rock too. So I think when OP saw that they immediately got cult vibes especially since they said they read stuff about cults and also the teacher confiding that they had seen more then one in the trees. Overall just giving OP bad vibes and wanting to leave
same!!! I thought it could be a symbol from a serial killer, an evil cult or something that represents bad juju like a swastika but it seems it's an unknow thing that freaked them out because of how particular the details were and how it was carved into many things in the same terrain (??
@@Quartzmonarch15 I came to say the same thing period. These are probably city kids who have absolutely never been exposed to the wilderness or anything that happens when away from urban civilization. So when they see anything that is even slightly unnerving in unfamiliar, their minds probably jump to "creepy cult in the woods."
Sending teens to Svalbard and not making entirely sure they're protected from polar bears...that seems ridiculously negligent. When adults take such risks for their job it's something else but children! I feel so sorry for the parents.

Your French pronunciation seems to have improved from last night, heh.
Love the name and pfp such a vibe
Funny. I listened to that, he was so frustrated. He was very funny last night!
It's a nice step, but still far away from being understandable as a french speaker
@@philcanselmo9436 haha
@Althea Ramnarain youve SEEN him??
Ahh yes, a polar bear, kinda knew it was it when I heard the artic circle and Norway since I'm Norwegian myself 🤣 sad what's happened to those people tho....love the stories btw
Sad what they did to the bear
As an Alaskan...I just knew it was a polar bear. Poor thing must have been driven mad from hunger and illness. They really are in very real danger of dying out for ever. Poor young people having to be apart of that. Nature is not fair or nice just life and death as it always has been. We have sadly removed ourselves from it as a day to day experience yet we continue to ravage it all the same. How can one respect what the dont know or see themselves?
Last time I was this early it was still 2021
Story 6: as soon as I heard him say blood curdling scream and remembered the were in the Arctic, I already knew what it was.
I can figure something else out
Early bird gets the worm!
So good 🙌☝️🙏
Third story; Talking about nothing too bad happening at a hostel
Me; You should hear about the Caroline Dickinson case!
Third story; Starts talking about Caroline Dickinson....
Story 3: when someone with a mental disorder does something criminal it shouldn't be left off easy no matter the offense.
Great way to pass the time when u have Covid
A similar school bus accident happened recently in Australia. No one died thank god but many kids had their arms and hands amputated. I can only imagine the horror and trauma. 😢
Yoooo ima boutta listen to this while I relax in the bath . Bro 2 minutes later I literally dropped my phone in the bath I honestly thought I was gonna have a heart attack but it’s all good now I can hear ur beautiful voice now ima just go back to it lol
I AM HERE BECAUSEEEE
I couldn't finish the polar bear story it made me to sad poor people and poor polar bear 😢
Wow, you really do good with things like french and pronouncing Swedish towns!
I hate that the 3rd one sounds almost compassionate towards this monster...
I chuckled a bit when that british guy experienced cold weather for the first time 😌
That story about the tree falling, complete negligence. . .
Please do pharmacy horror stories
Sending teens to Svalbard and not making entirely sure they're protected from polar bears...that seems ridiculously negligent. When adults take such risks for their job it's something else but children!
I feel so sorry for the parents.
