Squanto is the Native American thought to have taught the Pilgrims how to plant corn. The feast talked about is likely the first Thanksgiving, given that this video was released on Thanksgiving weekend.
Except that story is total BS and the real story of Thanksgiving is that the morning before the feast the indians surpise attacked the settlers and ruthlessly killed almost all of them. We were thankful to God of our victory over the savages....
Honestly respect to Squanto He had to live through essentially everyone he knew and loved dying a horrible death and he still had enough empathy to help out the Pilgrims Be like Squanto
From the looks of it, the skeleton shown here seems to be an amalgamation of these creatures: left top jaw-extinct antelope, left bottom jaw-young tyrannosaur, left spine ribs and legs- young tyrannosaur, right spine ribs and legs-some kind of giant sloth, tail-young tyrannosaur, and the head could be one of two things: either a giant sloth with a horn or tooth attached to it, or a smilodon with a deformity.
Explanation for this video: 1. 0:25 Tisquantum/Squanto was a real person. In real life, everyone in the Patuxet died from plagues. Except for Tisquantum. When the pilgrims arrived, he supported said pilgrims in any way he could, even teaching them about the 'three sisters', that was shown here: 0:52 Of course, the circumstances were quite different here. Tisquantum supposedly got in contact with a mysterious fossil. Killing everyone in the village. 2. 1:35 That is very suspect. As if the mother knew what it was. 3. 2:34 Squanto's new form? 4. 3:34 The fossil. This supposed animal had 4 legs, two of them were bigger than the rest. It also had two ribcages and two heads. Accompanied with a tail and husk too. This leads me to believe that the saying "Each one supports the other. Like us." Actually refers to this animal. Because remember, this animal had two heads. And supposedly supported one and the other. Ironically though, this cooperation brought the deaths of an entire tribe. And that's my stance on what the metaphor is. 5. 3:50 A feast is ordered. The feast in question was obviously Thanksgiving of course. Got any theories? Please send your theories to the reply section below. I want to start a discussion.
@@CalvinNoireThe “dream” was what happened to the Squanto of our world. As a person Indigenous to the place we call "America", I have seldom seen media that touches on the _abject horror_ of colonialism. I have heard is said that we are a people who have truly experienced apocalypse. Some of us still try our hardest to hold onto our life ways, but it is evident the ongoing occupation of our lands and separation from them are killing us. The "Great Father" (US Government) has decreed us (indigenous) abstract from civil society to the top down. No one should remember a time before his, after all...

“He spoke to them in English” idk man if I stumbled upon new land and a native greeted me in my own language and found out his entire tribe was dead and suspiciously half of my party died afterwards i wouldn’t want to stick around the area for very long
Spoiler warning: I warned you So this us what happens, a child is born woth fear of killing the corn crops. So his family dustract him with things, until his mom actually teaches him his to grow corn. Meanwhile that is happening, the child finds some bones. His mother takes him away from them, but some particles from the bones stayed on him,he touched the mother, the mother tried to clean her hands. But to no avail, she soreads it to the village. She dies, child is in something like coma, wajes up, everyone is dead but hus corn has crown. Here come the pilgrim. They meet the child, whos older now. They discussed the virus. Went to the bones, and dug them up with gloves and shovels thus time. And buried it deeper. Then they were able to feast a feast. Theories: The first oerson to touch the particles becones a creature of sorts,or the first ti die. Since he says mother when we are shown the creature with what looks like an eye in the middle. These ones are more like a question, why was he a survivor? What is the powder/virus? Why did the Pilgrim kniw ehat to do?
The “child” is Tisquantum, or Squanto. He was the one who taught the pilgrims how to grow maize (corn) and to fish due to his ability of speaking the English language after being enslaved in England. He then returned to North America later on only to see his home and people had been killed by disease from Europe.
Just to add on, it was initially thought he was the last of the Patuxet tribe, but it was later found that a few others had survived and relocated to the other tribes part of the Wampanoag Confederacy. The tribe is now, unfortunately, extinct, as there weren't enough of them to continue their nation.
That's interesting,I don't research that much history so I didn't know that. I knew the mayflower stuff. But not that much as to him teaching pilgrims to farm.

Looks like they buried a cloverfield monster
Damn, colonialism mythology as analog horror goes hard
Is your pfp what I think it is?
@michaeltabarroni70 the hit game spore: creatures for Nintendo 3ds
@meeb_consumer based beyond comprehension
Corn doesn't digest like normal food. Eldritch indeed
This beat kinda fire tho
"One last video before bed" the video
the quality of these videos are so good but I am shitting myself all over the place watching them. Columbus's Jester is grained my brain
A plague came.
And Squanto was the only one immune/resistant.
The skeleton drawing reminded me of the ningen series. When it comes to biological horror you always cook 🔥🔥
that's right, we're going back in time to the first thanksgiving to get humans on the menu
This music goes hardd
The scariest part is that ive seen the part with the bones before but this video is only 4 days old
I'm a sleeper agent, I just got activated.
Maybe my brain is just grasping at patterns, but the shape of the skeleton looks like the shape of the burnt letter that Sacagawea reassembled?
This really helps me in APUSH thank you 🙏🙏
This was actually chilling and I don’t have that too often anymore. Great stuff
3:40 each one supports the other is a very eerie sentence after seeing the skeleton. Also, how tf did that thing walk?? The right part of the body looks like its in constant agony
It’s one of the fourth horseman.
“He spoke to them in English” idk man if I stumbled upon new land and a native greeted me in my own language and found out his entire tribe was dead and suspiciously half of my party died afterwards i wouldn’t want to stick around the area for very long
Them wacky pilgrims are at it again
And that was the tale of the thanksgiving cretin
grinch's ultimatum!
Spoiler warning:
I warned you
So this us what happens, a child is born woth fear of killing the corn crops.
Theories:
The first oerson to touch the particles becones a creature of sorts,or the first ti die.
A few years ago, my wife planted her garden following the old way. It was phenomenal.
At least there was still corn.
I want to make this very clear I stumbled on this video thinking it was some kind of documentary. Side note scared so bad half way through actually no joke started crying. I lost it when I realized I just watched monument mythos.
This is the exact same thing that happened to me lol, now I’m obsessed with this channel.
same 😭
What if that is a Chimera, three beings in one body that needs to support each other to survive; what we perceived as a mythological beast of power was actually a struggling creature just trying to live in the world that aims hostility at said Chimera.
A natural force of destruction despite its POV
that... honestly makes a lot of sense
Thanks yt for recommending peak
Don't you hate it when you go back in time to the first Thanksgiving to get turkey off the menu, that's right, go back in time to the first Thanksgiving to get turkey off the menu, and you are mutated into whatever this is?
0:54 size difference. All the old drawings show the same.
this video is absolutely fucking terrifying, great job as always
Can not comprehend this.
3:34 How I find bro after one night with the hello kitty girl:
Beautifully told.
This new series is excellent. I haven't this level of terror since Freedom stretched someone else's face over her own
This is incredible, and I think we may be seeing a proper analog horror resurgence!
3:36 3 heads so just like the squash corn and bean, they support each other
three?
@lumberedjack I just noticed it when he said this, look at the top right head, to the left of it, slightly lowered, is another head slightly tilted. At first, I thought that was a wing but it looks like a skull

this made me so fucking uncomfortable, great work!
The three sisters form of gardening is still used to, well this past summer at least. Hopefully we are seen through another harvest season…
Guys i think corn is important to this
Not entirely sure though
Yeah it might be
