Once you get used to a thing and the difficulty you are playing, you know how much time takes you to do it by force of habit, kinda like knowing how much time is going to take you buy groceries.

I was always the only one who cared/did the work. In college every prof I had was like "Okay. If no one did anything then they can present without any notes and without your help. If I don't feel like it's decent they fail the project (which was always a final or like half the grade). Send me a paper for your presentation." Karma yall. No one get's an A by doing nothing.
When I was in middle school a teacher of mine tried to teach us a lesson making us take the same test. The test was: you have 10 pieces of equipment and you have to order them by importance and usefulness in case of a moon expedition. We all took the test individually, then we were divided in groups and took the test again together discussing the advantages of each tool. In the end my group was the best out all of the groups but unfortunately the test I took alone had the best score of all. So we learned that working in group is better unless you are me.

At the end I was expecting the camera to pan back to Karen to show she had found another puzzle to do during the extra half hour it took them, would have been so funny.

This is what the Try Guys channel should focus more on: elevating other TH-cam channels with their niche hobbies and interests, exposing them to a wider audience, while also having some sort of tie-in (like a puzzle you can purchase). Win win for everyone involved :)
Agreed. They have so many videos dedicated to selling a piece of merch, and they make it fun or silly but at the end of the day it's just a glorified commercial and they get old. Selling it this way is interactive and subtle. Also, featuring a small channel, as you said, is super inclusive and keeps videos fresh. I'm writing my reply this way in hopes that the Try Guys will see it lol

Jigsaw puzzles are literally the most satisfying thing in the world. That moment when you finish a whole section of colors or a face or something you get such a high hahaha. I really understand why people picked it up in quarantine lmao.
I hadn't done a puzzle in YEARS until quarantine and now I can't stop because they are so so satisfying to do. I just did my first 2 k piece puzzle recently and that was a huge challenge but so much fun

This video is the best proof that puzzling with four people is actually harder than doing it alone. Everyone has different strategies and it just results in chaos if not orchestrated well.
I used to play foosball against four friends/family all the time. They always thought I was a genius, but I knew that they were the ones at the disadvantage and every time I see the Try Guys do a 4 Against 1 I laugh because it's almost always a guarantee that they won't win, even against a slightly above average person. But they have so much fun, I love their enthusiasm so much!
i think 2 people work out really well.
3 is hit or miss depending who the members are.
4 definitely starts getting chaotic unless you have a system in place to get it done or are used to splitting the work 4ways

She gave herself 90 minutes and completed the puzzle under 90 minutes. She beat two challenges there: Try Guys and time.
Puzzles are really fun to do together with other people. I had a group of friends in highschool and we were the unofficial puzzle club. In the morning before class and after school we'd go to the library, work on the puzzle, and mess around. When we finished puzzles, the librarian would frame them and put them on the wall and it was hella satisfying. If I remember correctly there was even a plaque with the names of all the contributors on it. Those were good times

The amount of times I’ve done a 1000 piece puzzle in quarantine and then thought there was one piece missing- panicked, and then realised I was sitting on it

@@micheal2458 Once or twice but as it's a longer drop I usually hear the pieces hit the floor.
In the beginning, before I was used to operating a wheelchair and I used an old heavy lender from the hospital, I did squash a few pussel pieces (among other things) that happen to land right behind a tire. So annoying to know a piece is in the right place yet it won't fit properly and to have a finished puzzel with *one* wonky looking piece...Happy to say it hasn't happend since I got my new lighter wheelchair!

*BASICALLY, FIND THE PART AND THE PIECE THAT FOR SURE STANDS OUT AND FITS ONLY IN ONE PLACE AND THE THE EDGES AND RADIATE FROM THERE*
1) Find the edges
2) Find the most standing out distingushing parts and start solving from there and radiate towards more similiar undistingushable monotone parts like backgrounds etc. *The reason for starting and radiating from the most distingushable standing out part is so you can solve other parts by the shapes that fits together and color tones and values that match from there*

I don’t know why the Try Guys struggled to divide the sections, the puzzle is literally them and I feel like there is an obvious way to divide the sections...
Yeah Eugene should do Ned and vice versa and Keith should do Zach and vice versa! /s
They're all different colors, ffs! At least if Zach couldn't help much, he should've sorted the pieces by similar color so they could put it together easier. 🤦

I adore puzzles! I gradually came to almost same procedure of solving: edges, prominent parts, sorting for similar shapes and difficult parts of merely same colour)
same, doing puzzles has really helped me with the quarantine. On days I don't have school/work I can spend hours at a time doing puzzles (sometimes even 4 hours), and it barely feels like I've been doing half an hour. I'll just listen to music and it is meditative for me, I don't have to worry about anything I just get in the zone and just focus on the puzzle.
I love how she got more and more confident as the video goes on. Go girl!! You're skilled and you deserve to be proud!
