Final step to bring it together after mixing: take not one, but TWO brickwall limiters and slam the shit outta it till you're at -5 ish LUFs. Boom, professionally mastered hardstyle
The layers don’t have actual sub. They are just there to fill up the mid frequencies (of course they are low-cutted) and add some ear candy to the areas where the leads aren’t playing ✌🏻But thanks for the feedback! ❤️

Thanks a lot for your feedback! Well, the sub leads do not have actual low frequencies. We only called them that way, as they are laying under the main leads. In this case, we just created different kinds of saw leads and layered them! Hope this short explanation helps :)
Good video! Id be careful naming something Sublead tho, like, if you listen to the video its more than clear there is no actual sub in them but for a novice in production this might get confusing :)

I literally just use the OG sausage fattener on the master...unironically sounds good, if you mix it right

you don't need one during the drop because the kick is already filling the mid and sub frequencies
