I’ve watched with interest I’m 63 and have a of handicap 6 I’m so tight and stiff as I’ve got older I’m going to give them a try today . Thank you for posting them
I'm 64 and played lots of sport and did large of exercise without warming up or cooling down until i was in my late 20s!! Im very inflexible despite having a pretty good stretching routine now. It really affects my ability to rotate and get a decent backswing.
There is a generic piece of flexibility that cannot be changed. If you feel that you reached a stopping point then you should continue for maintenance but also seek a golf instructor who understands modifying the swing to fit you
It doesn’t prohibit you but will change the motion for a lot of them. Assuming fusion is set and restrictions are lifted. Maybe want to talk to your local PT
