I really like this kind of pinyin, with tone marks according to dictionary entries, and not following any tone-change practices (which can be quite confusing to learners). I also like upper-case at the beginning of sentences and proper names. Many proper names in Chinese (even 中国 "middle country") can also be ordinary words, and without the upper-case, this can be quite confusing for learners.
