I've been using the Honor Band 4 since 2018. I used it in my last 2 years of nursing school and even now as a medical professional. It has never failed me. I will admit, I was considering the Mi Band 5 because they finally corrected the way it charges, but it doesn't come close. The Honor 5 is fantastic and a great upgrade to the 4 for sure.

Heart rate accuracy should be measured by using an external medical heart rate sensor. Just comparing those two doesn't help much (Just trying to provide some constructive criticism).

Actually honor band is winner...mi band is quite slow and they forcefully put various features in mi band 5 so they detect slowly and sometime detect wrong... I'm also an user of mi band 5 but I don't like it..it actually detecting and give an approximate heart rate when you not wearing the band but it turned on hr monitor all time..lol..so I'm waiting for honor band 6...honor is actually far better than mi..but not that popular
