I think a good addition to your lineup here would be a slingshot. Something similar to the Simple Shot scout but with the KA BAR style.

    Better than a pocket fisherman.

Just got my Backpack Kaster and very impressed with quality. I'm right handed so do I wind the line on clockwise or anti-clockwise when viewing the KABAR from the top?

Wrap the line so if you fight something big it tightens the cap, not loosens it.

Clockwise. So you don’t accidentally open the kaster while pulling fish. 🙂

It’s just a hobo reel, backpackers have been making these since forever. $15 is borderline overpriced.

If you really believe this, you have never used a "hobo reel", and you certainly have never used this one. Fifteen bucks is dirt cheap for something that's roughly a thousand times better than any hobo reel I've ever seen, and I've seen dozens and dozens over my sixty-five years. Nearly all are pure junk.
Most things with "hobo" in the description are junk. Hobos didn't use thee things because they were high quality, they used them because they had nothing else to use. The same is true of hobo coffee, which many now call cowboy coffee, including some who should know better, but pretend to be something they aren't.
And hobo bushpots/ Seriously? Yes, they work, but those who use them do so because they like the romance of "hobo", not because they're even remotely as good as a quality pot you can get off Amazon for thirty bucks.
Hobo sounds great. It sounds romantic. But the word always translates to "pure junk", and if you can rerplace it with the real thing, you're an idiot if you don't.
