I love these old cars and a lot of them nicely done but when it come to the engines they either all have a small block Chevy or a 302 Ford. Now I know that makes them more reliable to drive to shows and what not but this last weekend I was at a car show and the guy had two 31 model A’s in there. One all originally built and the other that was built like a 50’s street rod with a flathead mercury v8. They were both extremely cool.
My dad used to race these in the 50s at Barberton Speedway when it was a dirt track.
