There is one another way found to send it by the help of a topic but I didn't have that much idea about the topic so doing R&D on that also , if you have then please suggest me some video or document it's urgent.

404. That’s an error. The requested URL /v1/projects/xxx/messages:send was not found on this server. That’s all we know. I'm getting this error even putting the bearer tken, the right project id code. Do you have an ideia what might be?
