That IS NOT a factual statement. Mexicans moved North and killed and enslaved the Natives of California all through Texas. The Mexicans in Northern Mexico would go into the hills and enslave the indegenous people to work their fields. Mexicans may be part indegenous but it's from Mexico south and are mixed with many countries that conquered Mexico, Central and South America. They claimed the land but were not indegenous to it.
