Recently saw a tv program about SIR Frank, and his amazing wife Ginny. I'm disabled, but i sit and listen to programmes like that and it brings a lump to my throat . Proud to be british when i here these people speak. Frank was and still is a genius....Claire you are magnificent to listen too. I've never been to an F1 race, but if i ever do I'd be shouting for Williams. Im not far from Wantage, and i think I'd get goosebumps just driving past the factory after seeing how these people present themselves. All the best for 2019. Once again Claire, you are an inspiration to millions, male and female !!! 😊
This weekend at Monza will be the last one we see a Williams family member managing the team. Have been sold to Dorilton Capital and Claire and Frank have decided to step back. A sad moment for F1. The hope of returning the Williams name to the top is the objective. Good luck mates. In a personal note, Claire is such a beauty, but also a normal person with a life and other duties as being a mom and wife. She's the Queen of the paddock. I love this woman. Best wishes to the Williams family, team staff, drivers and fans.

Williams good luck in the 2019 season. I think George and Robert will create a great duo. If you listen to the advice of experienced Robert regarding the construction of the car for season 2019, then you will definitely be on the podium many times in the season 2019.
It's sad to see how Williams thought things would be better for them in 2019... Let's hope that they can get some more financial support, and that maybe they can make the best out of the 2021 regulation changes for the better... It's not that they have been last for the past few years, it's that there had been a gap between them and the next best team, too... And both Williams Racing, the drivers (especially poor George Russell), and most of all Sir Frank Williams (for some reason, I'm super proud that someone with the same name as me has achieved so much in F1 as a team principal, by the way) deserve to see better results... Make Frank proud!!!

That position must be very demanding and there should be a person who is willing to dedicate 100 percent of his/her time to the team. Given the results of the team during the las few years, we can conclude that being a mother and directing a professional team are not compatible stuff. I cannot imagine Totto being distracted by anything during a race weekend. That’s just my humble opinion, though.

i know this goes against the grain with most, but F1 is one of the most competitive environments on earth, where a 100th of a second is worth thousands of pounds, and millions for half a second. With that everyone has to be 100 percent focused on what they are doing, ultra proffesional 24/7 . if you cant hack it, theres the door. To see the team principal baby sitting her own son, even bringing him to a fly away race , to me says it all. William last and out of F1 one in all but name. The liberals will scream but its not about being PC its about winning!
