Does the internal resistance change?
Yes, as the battery drains the internal resistance will increase. This technical bulletin by Energizer is excellent and goes into more detail: data.energizer.com/pdfs/batteryir.pdf
Yes because there are so many factors that can affects the chemical components inside the battery like temperatures, charge and discharge etc.

So in short a dumb battery are those with internal resistance of 100-150 milliohms while the Good are those with lower than 90 or lower than 50.

Dividing by zero is not Infinity. It's undefinable.
That's true! But as you approach 0 the number goes up to infinity.
