Particularly I believe Tile cutter to be more risky with tct blade. Well, thats not the real wood cutter. Using safety guard on Angle Grinder is uttermost necessary while working with Tct blade. Use safety goggles. Concentration only on work. Hold strong while working with corners, start of cut, end of cut. If disc locks up, you will be still able to prevent it from flying...
For 5inch ag, you can technically fit larger discs, but machine cant bear that load and the safety guard will not support. All concrete and wood cutter discs under 9 inch all have 20mm internal dia

I personally don't recommendation using gloves while operating Angle Grinder. For me, I tend to loose the grip/hold I have on the machine. If the grinder is large and needs both hands to operate, gloves can be used.... Overall this is just my opinion. I also respect others opinions. I am sorry, I cannot recommend what you asked
