I use haxo blade and diamond cutter. You can also use wood cuter blade.
Btw, there is no problem in using abrasive disc too

No. Flap discs run at an ange. The work done will be uneven. If thats ok, then proceed.
Other option for power tool is orbital sander. Manual option is sanding block

@@smartdiyer Yes.. I think flap discs are meant for sanding/polishing metal, not for concrete wall. I think velcro attachment orbital sand paper will be suitable for wall paint removal.

Bahut achcha bataya aap ne ...thank u, sir muje smooth floor surface ke liye, like polish stone jaisa karne ke liye kon sa grade ka disc lena hai, and smoot wire brush kaha milega wo jo bataya bahut hard wala hai.
