Paul is the real MVP
This is what George Romero saw during researching the nazis for his movie
Before dragging Danny Trejo, Buffy the Vampire slayer, Freddy Kruger, and Merle into the mess with him.
Operation: overlord for those who wanted the movie title it's a phenomenal movie. Edit: yea they said the movie name but I wasn't paying attention at that moment
I saw Overlord in theaters. I actually have to say it was enjoyable.
Man I love these kinds of channels who explain the movies and make me want to watch them
Story Recapped is my new favorite channel.
Overlord was such an amazing movie
I love how you want us to watch out and take care for the overlord
The fact that this person can pump out these videos everyday is awesome
But what about the face reveal?
This is one of my fav movies. Glad i watched the full ver. Came here to see what people's opinion on it and I'm glad so many people like it☺️
Vangaurd champagne right here
I know right
Why do they call it a cockpit. Like first there’s arm pit, which is exactly what it sounds like, but cockpit is a part of a plane. Hmmm
rule 34 airplanes
@@porcodanet4857 good lord..
Why...... just why
my vision of plane is never gonna be the same thank you
its called a cockpit cause that's where the cocky asshole sits :P
From the word Coxswain which was a person who was in charge of navigating and steering a boat. Eventually cockpit was used to indicate where the means of controlling a craft are kept.
A black squad leader in 1944, seems sci-fi to me before even the zombie appears
Yep, but this is Woke Hollywood now.
@@tillik1004 doesn't mean it's totally garbage...this might be set in alternate universe and also...there may have been a lot of black squad leaders in the African front...say Ethiopia
So this is how Stroheim survived the grenade.
Overlord is a crazy movie. Was not expecting the direction it went as I was under the impression it was just a generic war movie, then BAM! Resurrecting soldiers!
Thanks for always having subtitles :D
I hate Chloe as a character with no experience she gained superhuman abilities to shoot people with precision and not get blown away in the process.
I'd hardly call her a character, she just seems like the typical love interest
Guess she has expercience with weapons, also explains why she goes out every night like spying or something.
@@4ll_Pretty_0_Ability lol
I remember watching this at 12 years old,I was scared shitless
i actually forgot that i already watched this movie until it suddenly all came back to me like 3 minutes in...
Wow, finally a realistic mine step. Usually they act like lifting weight off the mine is what triggers it.
Love this epic movie!! I preordered this on my ps4 and have watched it like a dozen times atleast. Never gets old
For people who dont know what makes this movie more terrifying is its based off a Irl conspiracy theory from WW2.
Comspiracy theory?
Think most off the was already confirmed.
They did alot of experiments with jews and other capture soldiers.
Both a crime and a blessing to humans sadly.
@@blackcrow3718 yes but this operation was based off a irl op that went sideways and became almost a black op because all the weird shit uncovered that the few remaining soldier's refused to talk about
I love that after every name, recap has to pause
Seeing how crazy Nazi scientists were.... I wonder if this has some merit of truth?!
Its not true, Germans never did this
@@JV-bj4kx how can we be so sure? We don't even know how far our own government went with experiments on people. We may never know for sure.
Lets just pray that the truth would be buried forever
@@johnjingle8427 you do know that russia killed well over 381,067 german citizens after the war, most of them being innocent citizens. My opa was in one for 7 years bc he owned a factory making nuts and bolts, which they claimed was "aiding the war effort." There is so much you do not know and that is not taught because of the one sided view of this war.
@@JV-bj4kx do u know what im doing in my house rn? No? Will u ever know? No. U dont know what the nazis were doing in there houses / bases either
God in heaven is probably screaming to the scientists wtf are you DOING IN MY CHURCH!!!!
I officially love this channel
2 post in one day i respect you
Same og freaking god
The story is really good. Thanks for this!
I had nightmares for months after first watching this.
If hitler dipped this low, I wouldn’t be suprised
My grandfather fought against the Nazis. He said that there were a particular type of soldiers who were mindless. My pop pop and his crews addressed them as Golam. In Bangla Golam means Slave without honour.
This is interesting, but just to remind people:
The army was still segregated in WW2. So this wouldn't happen.
It’s called having a suspension of disbelief, we do that in order to enjoy movies, video games, and books
@@orionrazilov5994
I would also like to believe that racism wasn't a thing in the 40s.
@@Mathenaut did you forget the part about this movie with serums that turn people into mutating super human monster things
@@Mathenaut oh yeah maybe the zombies were a big giveaway huh?
