Homeowner's insurance is quite costly here compared to most states. It's one of the highest in the nation so definitely shop around if you can! I don't have enough knowledge about car insurance rates to speak to that. I don't want to speak out of turn - something to ask an insurance advisor for sure☺.
Uptown Groceries is an excellent grocery store to shop. Lots of variety, fresh meat & produce.
