I am going to get one change. I am going to wake up at 4am and sleep at 11am. And I will increase my running hours by 1 hr (atleast 2 hrs training). I am an employee, but I feel like my english communication is not accurate and gramitically mistake. When ever I speak with my manger I feel insecure & not able to explain clearly and simply. Also I feel bad for time management in office and home work. So I not able to finish my work on time. Please help/ suggest for these problems.
I am a teen student (15) I realy am not into much technology like games, social media and all because I am at my borders. This makes me feel I am a peson from the past not someone from this generation. How do I become better at this knowledge of technology in a way which won't harm me.
