Two people I want to ask a question. Exactly what do you advise I do for arthritis in my knees and beginning to feel in a couple of my fingers. I am 67 years old and have stopped eating dairy, Meat and Fish since June 2022. Any suggestions for me to heal this inflammation/arthritis from my body.
